Ok I have confirmed the event for 4th of June at the Thistle Hotel. It will be held downstairs due to low number. I will be
sending out payment requests tonight as soon as I get everything sorted out on the web site. |

I have finaly got a my broadband connection back an upgrade to 1mb. The Booking form has been updated and I am now taking bookings for the
next event on the 4 June. As alway I need 12 bookings and payments before I can confirm the event. I have also added an option to see the
interest in a 2 day event. If we are to have a 2 day event I will need as many bookings as soon as posible. |

I am now taking bookings for the next event which will be held on Saturday the 4 of December I will need 12 confirmed bookins as usual.To confirm

Things are looking good I have 16 confirmed booking and an other 12 unconfirmed, with a total of 28 people it could turn out to be a
really big event. The new 24 10/100 port switch will be used to full capacity along with the other 2 16 port switches. Right I have to
get back to making more cables :) see you all tomorrow. |

I provisionally booked the next lan party for the Sunday 30th of May. We will be upstairs in the bigger room which also has the benifit of
windows for ventilation. I will require a mimimum of 12 confirmed booking and payments. As always you can pay at North East Peripherals or

Hot off the press, the latest version of Desert Combat has just been relesed. The only place to download it unfortunately is File Planet so it might take a while to get. Again this will be a download for all you BroadBand monkeys at 239MB!!

After months of inactivity, I have provisionally booked the next event for Sunday the 2 of November. So if you are reading this then it means
I have got the major parts of this site up and running again :P and you can book your place HERE. As always I will need a
minimum of 12 people to book and pay their deposit before I will confirm the event. Cost will be the same as always £15.00 if you pay at
NEP or by one of the online methods, but people turning up on the day unannounced will be charged £20 and people who book but pay at the event will
be charged £17.00 . So why dont save some money and pre-pay!!. By doing so we can confirm the event all the quicker. |

We now have 10 bookings in total. Only 1 has been confirmed with an other to be confirmed with NoChex. I will be out of town tomorrow for the weekend
. But I will be poping in to NEP tomorrow to give them the payment envelopes. Please make sure you fill out your name, handle and how much you paid
you can also send me a email to inform me you have payed so I can pick up the money. I am still trying to get the sites name servers changed
to our new host but things are going very slowy. Stay away from Lycos if you are looking for a web host!!! |

I am now taking bookings for the next lan party. The bookings page has been updated and I will be slowly going through the rest of the site and
getting it sorted/ updated. I now accept payments by PayPal, this is easier to setup than NoChex so why dont you have a look and see if its for you. |

The next event has now been provisionaly booked for the 10 August. It will be held at the thistle Hotel (Altens) and I have booked the bigger room
again as most of the regulars prefered it to the smaller room we used to use. Again I can to confirm the event untill I have at least 12 Bookings
and deposits I will not be counting anyone unless they have payed their deposits. This can be done at
North East Periferals at the top of George Street, or you can pay online via NoChex or
PayPal. |

Final week now and things are going well and we have just upgraded to a larger Function suit, the only minor point is its on the second floor but
there is lift access and there are a few trollys you can bag for getting your gear upstairs. Numbers are up to 24 now which is great. Where did you
guys hear about us?^Deadulas^ has given me the last of my Linux downloads so I better get back the other computers and get them sorted for Sunday.

22 people have now booked which is great. This actually puts us over the limit of for the Albyn Suite. So I have been in talks with the Thistle
Hotel and they are quite prepared to upgrade us to a bigger room (for a price of course
 ). I have not seen this room
myself by ^Daedulas^ has and he assures me that the room is much bigger, has more power sockets and has windows so we will have adequate ventilation.
The room is on the fist floor but there is lift access. All in all it is a much better venue. Before I can book this room more people will have to
pay their deposits. SO I am asking everyone who has not yet paid at NEP please do so by Sunday at the latest. NoCHex users will be getting a request
within in the next day or two.The forum is still down but it appears to be a server crash that is causing all the problems. As soon as I hear more
I will let you all know.

Lots of news at the moment. First we now have 20 confirmed bookings, I will be going to NEP tomorrow morning and will
Hopefully pick up a lot of your payments/ deposits.Second it turns out that the reason the original forum crashed
was because someone has been php bombing Lycos web servers. Ok I thought I will move the forum over to my new site
and use the mySQL database there. Everything was going well until ^Daedalus^ and I were checking the reason why the
forum had gone down on Thursday. What we found was the forum was down temporarily but the new site had in fact been
hacked by anti war protestors. But before I could change my passwords it appears they have infact deleted the whole
site. I have been in contact with my web host and I am trying to get control placed back to me and with any luck
back ups of the forum. So hang tight and I will have everything running a quickly as possible.

Bookings now stand at 17 and I have confirmed the venue with the hotel. I will be going to NEP on Thursday /
Friday to collect payments. I will then ammend the Who's coming page. If you intend to
to come to the event, but have yet to contact us please do so as we do have a maximum amount of people we can
allow to the venue, power being one of the main reasons (and the hotel an other
)

The forum problems continue but the back up forum is running so everything is working. All the links on the web site
now point to the working forum so please use them. I have also sent everyone registered a link to the working forum.
Bookings are still at 14 and only 3 people have payed so far. So if you could please pay at NEP some time this
weekend. And if you want to come please book useing this form. |

Ok Sods law has kicked in and the forum has gone down again, but I am in the middle of moving to a new host and do
already have the new forum backed up and running from around 20.00 tonight so click here to carry on using the forum.

Bookings are now up at 14 people and there are still quite a few regulars trying to get Sunday off, so it looks like
we might well get a full house. I would like to say hello to all the new people who have joined the forum its great

Bookings are starting to come in now, which is great. If you are paying at NEP I am starting
a new system where all your details are put down on an evelope and your cash placed inside. This hopefully should
make things a bit more understandable. As you see the web site is undergoing a facelift. Please be patent while
I make the changes. I'm afaid it will be a slow procces.

Ok Im back from the dead!!! and things are starting to happen. First I have provisionally booked the next event for
the 8 of June. There will be a tourney this time and I have started 2 polls on the forum, so you can choose what
game you want to play and what type be it a 1v1 tourney or a team based one you deside. Bookings are now being taken
for the next event. As always I need at least 12people to book and pay their deposit before I can confirm the
function suite, payments can be made by either Nochex or at North East Periferals at the top of George Street.
